How much honey malt to sweeten up a recipe a moderate amount.
Recipe is as follows
5.5 gal into carboy
12 lb Maris Otter
1 lb Crystal 80
0.5 lb Chocholate Malt
Mash 156 F for 1 hour
1 oz northdown 60 min
2 oz saaz 10 min
.

.
I have no idea how much honey malt to add. What's a good "middle of the road"? I don't want it to be cloying or over sweet, but I want to notice it. I was thinking 0.25 lb... ? Thanks a ton for any help.
