5.5 Gallons Kolsch (1st Mini-Mash)


(2 lb Milled Kolsch Malt in a cheese cloth, 5 lb Extra Pale liquid extract, 1 lb. sugar (AHS blend), 12 oz. Organic Agave nectar).
(2 oz. German Tradition hops at 60 minutes, 1 oz. Spalt hops at 15 minutes remaining and 1 oz. Spalt hops at burnout).
(White Labs WLP029 liquid yeast + Safale US-05 Dry Ale yeast - blow-off hose ready)



11953 + 5.5 = 11958.5
 
Almost forgot about this thread. 2 weekends ago I brewed 10 gallons of a blonde ale, last weekend I brewed 10 gallons of a belgian dubble, and did a 15 gallon batch of wheat this weekend.

12005 + 10 +10 15 = 12040

The total before this post was 12143 plus the proceeding 56 gallons total is 12199 so should be right. Someone can double check but thats what i was seeing

(2 oz. Kent Golding at 60 minutes, 2 oz. UK Challenger at 30, 1 oz. Glacier at 15, 1 oz. St Celeia Golding at 1 min.)
(White Labs London Ale Yeast + Danstar Windsor Ale Dry Yeast)

12253.5 + 5.25 = 12258.75
