I've been trying to stock up so I don't have to brew when it gets hot here, which won't be long from now. Counting backwards, that would be 15 gals I've drank this year plus whatever I brewed last winter. Everyone should be so lucky

Correct me if im wrong here, but shouldnt last winters gallons be counted on last years total and not this years total?
