Really? 2477.5 + 10 = 2485.5???

C'mon, you're making us Flyers fans look bad, although I added incorrectly earlier in the thread.

:drunk: i blame the homebrew, and my lack of proofreading.

I hate the numberpad on my laptop's keyboard. i constantly hit the wrong number.

i have a belgian tripel in the primary and a blackerry ale in the secondary five each

that makes the total 2487.5 + 10 = 2497.5

5 gal APA
5 gal Rye IPA
5 gal Almond Brown Ale
5 gal Vanilla Cream Ale

2606+20=2626

Just finished brewing up a Berliner Weisse, looking to do by the end of the week a Vanilla Bean Chocolate Milk Stout - with part of the batch going towards a Nutella Stout (basically, hazelnut added) and a Chocolate-covered Cherry Stout - as well as a DIPA.

2667 + 5 = 2672 (25gal personally so far)

Ron's PEPPER BEER 1/14/2011
Ingrediants
1 can (3.3lbs) Coopers Amber Ale hopped Liquid malt extract
1 lb amber Dry Malt Extract
1 lb honey
1/2 lb light brown sugar
12-14 Jalapeno whole peppers, seeds in
6-8 whole chile peppers
1 pack Coopers Ale yeast
2 gallons of clean tap water or bottled spring water (for the boil)
OG-1.040
FG-1.010
This turned out really good, not too much heat, just the peppery aroma and a taste of the peppers at the throat. Coulda used a bit more hops, but not bad for an extract.

Next week I will brew a wheat extract 5 gallons, waiting on more bottles.

I'd have to check my notebook but for sure 15 gallons of beer so far. Imperial Coffee Oatmeal Stout, American Barleywine and Cranberry Belgian Blond.
