I didn't want to fill my 5 gallon secondary carboy to the brim, but I wanted to brew another batch this weekend, so I did 4 of a pale ale.

1847 + 4 = 1851

Statement makes no sense to me but doesn't matter

1851 + 5 (AHS Pecan Porter)

I like to leave some headspace so that I don't have a mess of krausen clogging up my blow off tube. My primary is in use so I had to use my smaller secondary as a primary.

5 gal of Ferocious IPA just bottled
5 gal of Smooth Nut Brown in secondary
5 gal of an Imperial Java Cream Stout in primary.
Just started brewing on 2 Jan, so all my brew is 2011. Barley Wine on the list for Feb 4th!!!
1976.5 gal

3rd batch of the year, 2nd of the weekend. 5 gallons of Belgian Honey Wit

2097+5=3002.

That's a bit over 100 gallons/day on this thread for the year so far, or on pace for nearly 390,000 12 oz beers for the year.

2097 + 5 = 2102, not 3002.

The actual new tally is 2128.
