That's funny. My first batch is going to be Celis Raspberry.

I used to go to the Celis brewery in Austin a lot (my friend gave the tours). After all the guests left, we sat in the tasting room and did some serious beer drinking.

Best combo: 3 parts Celis White, 1 part Celis Raspberry

Where'd you find the Celis recipe?
 
Wow... well my objective this year is to only drink homebrew, so here it is so far this year.
