There is another post on here with the question whether anyone had made a non-hopped beer. I decided to try it.
It is Bavarian wheat dme with honey O.G. 1.032.
Who knows, I might also be making a Table beer with that low of a O.G.

28,989.5 + 2 = 28,991.5

Made my First batch of home brew on sep 10th. Since then;

+5gal Scotch Ale
+3gal Toasted Oat
+5gal Smoked Wheat
+5gal Koelsch
+5gal Honey brown ale
+5gal Coffee Stout

So 29,225.5 +28 = 29,253.5

5 gallons 'Light' Pale Ale
5 gallons Honey Ale
5 gallons Rye PA
5 gallons India Brown Ale
5 gallons Graff

25+2963.5=

2988.5

I believe two of us were typing at the same time... The correct total is 29,327

29,400 plus 10 gallons of leftover grain amber ale split into two fermenters with one getting a bottle of sour cherry extract and Montrachet wine yeast equals:

29,410

+5 gallons Oatmeal Stout
+5 gallons Blood-orange Hefeweizen
+5 gallons Peat-smoked Scottish Export
+5.5 gallons Peach Honey Saison
+5.5 gallons Ghost Pepper Stout
+1.0 gallons Willamette SMaSH
+1.0 gallons Cascade SMaSH
+1.0 gallons Amarillo SMaSH
+1.0 gallons Ghost Pepper Stout
+2.0 gallons Apfelwein
= 32 gallons for me in 2010

29,452

=29,486
