5912 + 5gal normal batch + 2 half-gallon batches = 5918.
BTW, my first 5gal with montrachet started in a few hours and made no krausen. This current batch with 3068 only showed activity after about 18hrs but now requires a blow-off tube.
Tasted the hydrometer leavings; remind me of a slightly lighter, rougher white wine with slight apple nose. Bottled at 5wks and carbed with 5oz of dextrose.
