I did some looking at maibocks and it looks like I'm late anyway as they were traditionally meant for drinking in may so yours would be appropriate for the season.Sorry, name is too cute by half. 11% Clear Candi Sugar
1.5oz Hallertaur Hersbrucker
WLP850-Copenhagen Lager Yeast
Step Mash:
122 for 20 minutes
150 for 45 Minutes
161 for 45 Minutes
168 Mash Out for 10 Minutes
Fermented under pressure (15 PSI) at 64 degrees. 55-58 degrees if not under pressure.
Targeted:
OG: 1.043
IBUs: 21
SRM: 2.8
ABV: 4.8%
