Late reply, but milk stout was the last thing I brewed (and my first attempt) - recorded back on March 24th post - and it has been an excellent addition to the repertoire. Despite U.S. born/bread, I try whenever possible to work with metric. Travel internationally a lot for work (or I did until 2020), and try to always speak in the language of "locals". For those who need a point of reference - 0 C is cold, 10 is cool, 20 is pleasant, 25 is warm, 30 is hot, and 40 is bloody hot, and 20 liters is a damn good (forgotten) weekend!20 litres of milk stout 1820 + 5.28 = 1825.28
I know, I know...wrong time of year for stouts and my metric is complicating the math. But I like stout. And ... Canada, eh....
Cheers!
