I am planning on ordering two partial mash kits from Austin homebrew. I plan on making one next weekend (the 14th) and the other three weeks later. Will the second kit's grains be ok sitting for a month? I assume I should ask that they not be cracked for the one I plan on doing later.

Thanks

It's not a case of how long it will last. The fresher the better. It will last for months and months.
You should do what you can to keep them as fresh as possible and use as soon as possible.
I buy in bulk, pre crushed. I have no worries using themn over a few months.
I keep them cool, dry and dark.
