Ok so, Last week I kegged a AG belgin Wit. force carbed it at 20 psi, my prefrence. but Weird was I fermented it for a week then transfered to secondary for two days.. dont know why I did but I did... anyway.. wodering how long shold I let this type of beer age in the keg in the fridge? any sugestions. I am holy . I am thinking at least a week so it wont taste too green... If I am bad on the lingo sorry
