i have a carboy that has been sitting, dry hopped since October 2012. i know this sounds pathetic but i have not found time to bottle it yet. how long is too long to let it sit and am i just wasting my time, i don't want to open it to sample it until i am ready to bottle it. anyone have any thoughts? OH, it is a pale ale currently at 59 F.
