I'm currently out of town and had a bottle of Drie Fonteinen Oude Kriek. The bottle is recorked and caged. I was wondering if it would be fine until I fly back home on Wednesday night? I don't have access to a fridge either. I do have access to a homebrew shop or two here in Tampa if there is something I need to get.

Thanks in advance.

If you were able to keep things sanitary it will be fine for a few weeks. Cool or cold (not frozen) storage is always best.

But since it's for a sour, heck, anything that accidentally rode in with it may be a welcome guest. Or not...

Thanks for the reply. I kind of figured it would be OK but just wanted to check since it will be my first time growing it up to a pitchable quantity. Thanks again!
