I'm trying my first BIAB this morning
Used 7 gallons of water and it yielded 6 gallons of wort pre-boil
I'll be transferring to my plastic bucket after the boil is done and will put on a lid (which has a grometted hole for an airlock)

I want to try no chill for the first time also
My room temp in the kitchen is about 64

How long will it take to get down to yeast pitching temperature ?
If more than 12 hours, I'll pitch tomorrow

Also should I cover the bucket loosely ?
