Hey guys,
I brewed my first Porter a long while ago and it was a bomb but I want to give it another shot now that I'm brewing AG. How does this look?
For three gallons:
6.00 lb Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 83.3 %
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 6.9 %
0.50 lb Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 6.9 %
0.20 lb Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 2.8 %
0.65 oz Northern Brewer [8.50%] (60 min) Hops 33.3 IBU
0.65 oz Cascade [5.50%] (45 min) Hops 19.8 IBU
1 Pkgs SafAle US Ale (DCL Yeast #US-05) Yeast-Ale
Thanks!
