This is my first attempt at milling my own grain. I received my Corona type mill direct from China today.

I don't see any whole hulls, but I'm afraid they are shredded too much.

This is a caramel malt 40L. Please let me know what you think. Thanx

I might see some whole grains, not really sure. Someone made a point a while ago that base grains should be used for setting up the crush on a mill??? Caramel or other specialty malts are usually more brittle and therefore easily fractured??? Brew and find out I guess, very few to NO whole pieces of grain is the key IMHO.
 
Looks like my crush, maybe a little bit more fine. I usually get 70-80% efficiency. I use a barley crusher on factory settings
