Long time listener, first time caller.
I'm down south in the humidity capital of Texas, finishing up my MD. Got homebrew supplies as a gift from a fellow craft brew lover.
Brewed only 2 batches thus far, second still in the primary. First was a pale ale that turned out pretty good. Second is a Simcoe / Amarillo blend IPA. Should be pretty epic.
I figured it was time to jump on the forum, considering I have gleaned much wisdom from its pages. I owe several gallons to you folks.
