Hopslam Extract Recipe - Feedback Please!

Ok, so I've spent a ton of time researching Hopslam recipes, but most of what I'm finding are 6.5 gal all-grain recipes. There are a ton of threads on this topic, but very few 5 gallon extract recipes. I've also seen a lot of feedback from Bell's giving hints at their recipe. I plan on using cultured yeast, not WLP001.

Being a relatively inexperienced brewer, I'd love some input from the brewmasters here. So... what do you all think?
