Hoping for Scrumpy Help!

New member here. Successfully brewed some scrumpy couple years ago using a bourbon wooden cask and local pressed apples. Simple.process of leaving it in garden in sun and nature did its work! No longer have the cask but have been gifted two aluminium kegs so hoping can do similar with them. Any guides out there on simple scrumpy brewing using aluminium kegs?...

Take that back, I looked it up. Very interesting. Just never heard that term before.
