Hey all,
I'm making my first batch of beer in a matter of a few days, and since i know I'm gonna want to experiment my butt off, I got a fwe extra brew containers. I have enough ingredients for a second batch but it's kinda a hodgeboge. LME amber, and dried light. THe LME is hopped, and gnona pick up some extra hops, as i've read the hopped lme sucks. In anycase, I had some magic hat #9 tongiht, and while it's not my cup of tea(or beer in this case), to light, I was intrigued by a flavor in it. I'm thinking I might be able to capture it from priming with honey rather then sugar/malt. I don't know, but that's half the fun I'm wondering how much honey I shhould use as a priming agent for 5 gallons though?
