Been fiddling with a honey blonde recipe, moved it to BIAB and scaled to 3gal so I could all-grain reduced batch until I get it right. Thoughts? Initial batches were honey and caramel forward. Once I get this honed, the fiance wants to experiment with adding lavender tincture.
