I have used homebrewtalk as a resource for many years and would like to express my appreciation for the knowledge i have gained here.
Unfortunately I must give up home brewing and most of my beer cellar (medical advice). I still hope to enjoy one beer per week which stiI leaves me with enough beer for seven years.

I will be adding more equipment over the next few days as I inventory. That will include bottling and kegging equipment, yeast preparation, pH meter, refractometer, and general supplies.
