A local retaurant, Aurants, in Duryea, PA, is hosting a homebrew beer dinner tomorrow with beers that my homebrew club has brewed. I have been to other beer dinners put on by them with commercial brews, and they have been nothing short of fantastic. Below is the menu for tomorrow's dinner. I brewed the Orange Coriander Pale Ale, based on Blacklab's Orange Cascades Pale ale. About 1/2 of the 60 seats are filled by club members and their guests. The other half of the seats will be filled by other beer and food enthusiasts. I can hardly wait.
