Hi All,

I've done a lot of reading and have decided to go the route of the DIY, Home Depot 10 gal cooler but I am a little stuck on choosing a false bottom and I would like some input.

I made sure my cooler has the flush bottom and I am thinking of going with the 11.5" from Northern Brewer. You can see it here, https://www.amazon.com/Fermenters-F...l-Homebrew/dp/B00W3PWE9A?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1

Any comments, feedback, or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

fwiw, might take a look at my thread here for an idea on sealing your FB tight to the cooler liner...

Cheers!

I went with a homemade CPVC tun filter and got great results! Was consistently at 78-82% efficiency!

Ive since upgraded to a Brewzilla 65L and my old tun sits in the basement...i think about pulling her out every once and while...
