Tasting Notes
Bitter, bitter, a little grassy. Really clean and a little fruity
This brew came out just about perfect! Missed target OG by a little, but at 6.8% I'm not too concerned! Great bitterness and mouthfeel. Lots of grassy notes in the aroma.

Left in orinary 21 days, then transferred to secondary and dry hopped for a further 7 days. Carbonated to 2.5

holy IBUs, batman! That's the kind where you burp an hour later and it tastes like you licked the inside of a pellet bag. Cool if you're into that kind of thing!

Nice!! I am into that kind of thing and like the name!

It is a little low in ABV to be an Imperial IPA, but if it is what you were going for, then that is all that matters!

Cheers! and yeah I think an imperial is 7.5% or higher? That's why I called it an extra IPA instead, haha.
