I have been kegging a year and this is the first time I have had this issue...
I have a beer on tap.... It has becomed a little over carbonatied... and I have the gas pressure set at like 1lb and everything time I open the kegerator the gage climbs back up to like 30lb and I bleed it off and then pour.... But 24hrs later it climbs back up to 30lb.... Not my other keg... Which was fine for that last couple of weeks is doing the same thing... the pressure keeps climbing up and I keep bleeding off... that beer is not that over carbonated and when I bleed it down to 2lbs or 4lbs it is fine and drinks great....
What is going on? Any help out there? Thoughts?
