If I want to raise the final gravity on a pumpkin ale, what would be the best way to do so?
ingredients: 6 lb. Gold liquid malt extract.
8 oz. Carapils
8 oz. Caramel 10L specialty grains
1 oz. Mt. Hood
1 oz. Cascade
brown sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg
S.G.: 1.042-1.046
F.G.:1.010-1.012
