Hey all, just checking in. Ive been lurking this forum for years, and its pretty much answered all of my questions and then some.

I've gone from diluting an extract 6 gallon boil into 2x 5 gallon batches with DME to now hosting a brew club at my place where we brew 2x 65 gallon BIAB batches in a day. I'm getting pretty nerdy with water profiles and PH, Ferm temps locked in, etc etc, all because of you guys here and just wanted to thank you and contribute for once..haha. PS were making absolutely excellent beer. All IPA's
