Hey Folks Yeast friend and Fermenter here from Midcoast Maine. Stoked to be here to learn and contribute to this radical community. I have been working in Beer production for the last 10 years and have recently decided to take off the brew boots for a hot minute and learn to weld. After dusting off my homebrewing equipment, I'm back to being a homebrewer

You'll be finding me in the deep dark farmhouse/saison and spontaneous and Lambic corners of this forum as well as Lager production.
