hi everybody, just found this site and it looks great. very informative..

i am going to try my hand at homebrew very soon.. i cant find the taste i want in the store so i am going to make it
 
Welcome teacup. You'll be addicted to brewing very soon Im sure. Are you starting out with extract brewing?

i am not sure exactly what i want to start with... i want to try the easiest way and get a few batches under my belt to make sure i have everything fine tuned

What type of beers do you like? You came to the right place. There is loads of information to help you get started.
 
Extracts are the easiest brews to make, and you can make some great brews from them.
 
most likely i will be using an extract.... i want to make a honey lager/ale of sorts to start... after that who knows..lol
