Dude, you should be on your third batch by now. There's only one thing you can be impatient with when homebrewing, and that's getting on to your next recipe.

Seriosuly, I just dropped another $100 on ingredients and equipment so I can start another batch. My full carboy is just sitting their... taunting me.... begging to be bottled.

I was at arbor wine this afternoon, the owners were really nice, although the selection could've been a bit better.
