Hi all! Wifey gave me a kit for Christmas and despite a bunch of mistakes, I've made 1 drinkable red ale, 2 good IPA's and a really good Rogue imitation. All kits with LME and DME. A couple of weeks ago with your help I brewed my first all grain batch. I built a MLT to do it. What a fun afternoon. I attempted the "no sparge" method. The wort tasted great and I can't wait try the beer. And I can't wait to brew the next batch. So, thanks everybody!!

Awesome! I eventually want to do an all grain! I've done almost primarily extract and partial grain brews, and have been happy with the result, but you always wonder what more you can do.
