New to the forum, relatively new to homebrewing. I'm starting grad school studying ancient fermentation coming up here in August. I have been doing a lot of homebrewing/experimenting with ciders, meads, and wines and my hope is to recreate some ancient recipes in terracotta. Nice to meet you guys!
