Hey everyone! Nice to meet you! I found out about the forum from a youtube channel. I was trying to learn more about my hops and growing here in Canada. More along timelines and identifying bull shoots and secondary shoots. I'm in my 4th year of growing and only found out about the two shoots last August. Way too late to change the grow. So I'm currently plucking the bull shoots as they reach about 5 to 10 inches. But I'm having a hard time deciding if some are bull shoots or not. I know the difference of distance between leaves, and color. Being hollow doesn't matter cause you're not going to cut a plant just to find out if it's hollow and the smaller they are the more difficult it is to see the difference. Basically, I'm looking to increase my yield by using the proper bines.
