I pasteurized the cider because it was at the taste I wanted and then I backsweetened with apple juice and honey. Question I had I only did a gallon batch and used 4 beer bottles and aged the rest in 750 bottles I was wondering can I age in the fridge or do you guys recommend aging at room temp. Thank you for your help I'm definitely hooked on brewing!

Keeping it in the fridge will only slow down the aging process. Room temp is fine, just keep it covered from light.

Keep bottles out of direct sun light, and at room temp, keep some were that has the same temperature all the time...
