Hey all, just finished my second batch tonight!! :mug: :ban:

It is the Brooklyn Brew Shop Bruxelles Blonde Ale, first batch was the Chestnut Brown Ale but it was over primed with sugar and they did the volcano thing when opening.

This batch just started fermenting today, so far so good. It is a one gallon batch in a glass carboy, any advice on the priming sugar part when it comes to that in 2-3 weeks?

Hello from Norwalk and 3 cheers for Blonde Ales!

Just bottled my first AG brew yesterday - a 5 gal batch of Biermuncher's Centennial Ale. Such a lovely aroma in the bottling bucket - and a beautiful color. Can't wait to drink it!

I bottle everything and use the Beersmith software for calculating sugar amount for carbing. For $20 or so - it's great software!
