Hi everyone!
Here to get some knowledge and maybe share some to boot.
The last thing I brewed was coffee...
Before that I did a 5 gal batch of AWESOME cider, like 3 years ago. Before that, I've helped out friends on brew/bottle days many times, but never tackled a proper brew alone, or as head honcho with a crew. So, I guess I'm pretty much a greenhorn!
I have already amplified my knowledge significantly by viewing these forums, so it's nice to step out into the light and see if I can help, too.
