Hendersonville/Asheville NC All Grain Brewers

11 batch extract brewer here looking to perfect my craft.
Anyone in the area who does all grain batches. I'm looking to sit in on an all grain brew session to get an idea on the procedures. Please let me know.

Are you a member of MALT (www.maltsters.org) always folks inviting people over to brew on the he Facebook page and the email list. I might be brewing on Sunday, but not sure if it's a good day for company.

Thanks for the response. Lots of good info here. Had no idea it even existed.
Totally understand regarding the company. If you have time in the future, I would really appreciate being able to be a viewer and ask questions.

Try to make it to the next meeting. It's October 17th at the Black Forest restaurant on Hendersonville Rd. Bring a designated driver, you won't believe the amount of 'sampling'.

I will be OOT on business on the 17th, but I will keep up to date on the following meetings. Do you need to be a paying member to attend the meetings? Not that I'm not interested, just looking to know the procedures.

I brew AG, live near Mission hospital. I am not currently a member of malt, but do plan on going in the future. I'll let you know when I brew again.
