brewed my first ipa I got it all into bottles but I had the toughest time transfering from bucket to bucket. Is there a video that can show me how? Also. I put the sugar in warm water then put it in the bottling bucket us that a goid way or is there a better way?

How are you trying to rack between the buckets, an auto-siphon or just a hose? Make sure that you fermentor is higher than the bottle bucket, the higher the better. Adding the sugar to the bottling bucket is fine. Just make sure that it gets thoroughly mixed in.
