Help with tap rod keg for cask conditioning

A friend of mine has an old keg from his grandfather that we are planning on using for a cask conditioned ale. From what I can tell it is a "tap rod" style keg. The hole on top is 7/8" in diameter and has no valve. What are options for dispensing? Ideally we want to connect it to a beer engine, but I can't find the correct coupler. Are there any spigots small enough to fit?

it's a hamm's keg by Bestco if that helps
