I'm getting married this spring and would like to brew a few all-grain small batch beers for some guests/friends. I've done several 5 gallon extract brews, but am not ready to make the switch, nor do I have equipment for small batches. I was hoping to find someone around Raleigh/Wendell/Knightdale area who would let me rent their equipment, time, and knowledge to brew a few small batches. Some help selecting/coming up with recipes would be great (thinking a good pale ale on the hoppy side, but not IPA hoppy, maybe a Belgian, and a good red). I'm hoping to get at least a total of 5 gallons between 2-4 styles. I will certainly buy all needed ingredients.
