Help with hops in this brew

This is the recipe I am going to try. I have the grain crushed and ready. I picked magnum for bittering 21.7 ibus worth. I am trying to decide what other hop would go nice with this one. I never tried victory malt before. Anyone have a suggestion??

Ended up going with

Magnum 13.2% 0.500 oz Boil 1.000 hr
Kent Goldings 5.4% 0.500 oz Boil 15.000 min
Cascade 6.0% 0.500 oz Boil 5.000 min
Cascade 6.0% 1.000 oz Boil 0.000 s

But ended up with efficency issues starting gravity 1.042 was suppose to be 1.052. Its bubbling away right now will have to try this again.
