Help with a stir plate

A bit more work... It appears you have a common power feed (Black/Yellow) so you'd have to get power out to each of the potentiometers.

You can trace where the power is going into from the black and yellow line, cut the board into 4 zones with a dremel or other method and then attempt to solder wires directly to the potentiometer. Here is a good video to watch: [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AP_FjGWFbS0[/ame]

If I decided to scrap the idea of sharing the controllers can I move the black/yellow power feed directly into one of the individual potentiometer? and then just mount the whole thing in my stir plate and have 3 'back-ups' if the first one fails?
 
Just bumping this up in case anyone is able to help... can I use what I have to make one stir plate and just forget about breaking it up. I'm getting a little desperate with little time to devote to it.
 
You could strip out one of the pots and one of the active 3-terminal components and duplicate the wiring between them, the voltage source and the load connection...
