My favorite style of beer in an IPA.. I'm a big fan some of the staple IPA's out there.. Stone IPA, West Coast IPA, Racer 5, X14 w/ citra etc.. I had this beer a while ago called Just Oustanding IPA from Kern River Brewery.. What is different about this beer is how flowery/citrus it is, it's off the charts compared to any other IPA i've had..

I was wondering if anyone has has this beer and/or if maybe I could get some help with a hop schedule to achieve a HUGE flower/citrus aroma and taste.. I'm not to worried about IBU's, I like anything in the IPA style.

I do extract so as a base I'll probably use

5.5 gal brew, 5 gal to bottle roughly
8lbs Pale DME
.5 - .75 lbs crystal 15 (w/ extact I like to keep it light)
WLP001 w/ starter

Any ideas? Thanks!
