Help me with my next brew

So I am indecisive on what I want for my next brew, and I am asking the HBT family for some help on choosing!
I like all styles.
I would like it be my farewell to summer brew.
The only thing I don't want to brew is an IPA, my last two brew days were if the IPA Style.

So please! Send me some good recipes or lead me to them. Thanks and 🍻

Or maybe a Belgian Pale Ale or Dubbel.

I vote for an Oktoberfest as well, it is definitely worlds apart from an IPA, it's currently seasonal, and it's damn tasty.

I think I'll try an Oktoberfest I can't quite do a pumpkin ale yet... No pumpkins!!!!

Oktoberfest or Pumpkin ale for sure. Pumpkin ales aren't really pumpkin-y it's more about the flavors of fall and a dessert in a bottle if you're ok with that. A stout might be a good idea too, you can brew it and let it age a little and it'll be perfect for when the winter months come around.
