Hi every one am nick. I live in Saudi and attempting to make my own cider for the first time.
I made a post under fermentation and yeast and I could appreciate any help as I seem to have hit a brick wall.... newbe and all

I think my alcohol level is too high for my yeast. And I need to bottle I wonder if its all ruined or there is still hope
