I would just like to say Hello. I'm new to HBT. However, I've seen a silent browser for a while now, but finally created an account to join the discussion. I've got about 8 kits under my belt now, but plan to move to BIAB soon.

Welcome! Moving to BIAB partial mashes is an easy step. That's mostly what I do now, no new equipment to buy, more control (and less cost) than extract only and a shorter brew day than traditional AG.
