Hi everybody! Just stumbled on this community. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Started my first batch (American Pale Ale) a few weeks back. Getting ready to bottle today. Can't wait (although I am...patiently) to enjoy my first batch.

Thanks! I am waiting for my roommate to get back to help me. He has experience and an extra set of hands will be helpful. He was supposed to be back over an hour ago though. I am getting antsy!
