Hello everyone
I've been lurking on this forum for a while and figured it was high time I introduced myself.
Home brewer, just south of Ottawa On Canada.
Got into this hobby with coopers kits and a bucket and have grown from there, typically doing partial mash/extract brewing.
I still brew on my kitchen stove, however my stove is propane gas with an 18,000 btu burner, so I can bring water up to boil to do a 5 gallon batch no problem.
My SO is a cider fan, so that does help as long as there's cider on tap, I've got almost free range for brewing equipment etc.
I've got a 5 tap keezer, two taps are cider for her, 3 are mine.
Other hobby I've had for years is smoking meat/bbq. In the spring I'm starting my 200g reverse flow offset smoker build.
Anyhoo, I've probably rambled enough for an introduction, but I've really enjoyed reading on this forum and I know I'll enjoy contributing.
Cheers
Tim
